Psalm 68:19

"Blessed be the Lord,
who daily bears us up;
God is our salvation."

Daily we need his mercies and strength to carry on.  We come to him with our weakness and so he is made strong in us.  Each and every day is a new day and each day has troubles of it's own so there is no sense worrying about tomorrow's troubles in addition to todays!  God will bear you up daily but not before it is time.

God is our salvation.  There is no one like him and salvation is found nowhere apart from God (for God is salvation).  To be in God's presence is to be safe and secure from whatever might do you harm. God is our resting place.

With the weight of the world bearing down on us, God lifts our burdens so that we might find rest.  There is no sense living in the future for the future is not yet here and no sense living in the past for those moments are gone.  We can only live in the present, in the now for that's all we really can bear.

When you've had about all that you can bear, find rest in God.  After all, even God rested on the seventh Day.
