John 2:10

"Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best until now."

Jesus has never been one to disappoint nor has he ever been someone to follow normal social conventions of his time.  All Jesus needed to do was get some cheap wine to serve the guests and thus avoid the shame and embarrassment of having run out.  But that wasn't enough for Jesus.  He didn't settle for cheap wine.  He didn't do just the bare minimum required, but rather when he does a miracle he does it with the best of his ability.

Not only that, but he made 120-180 gallons of wine.  That's anywhere from 605-907 bottles of wine.  Jesus sure knew how to party!  But more than that, when Jesus provides, he provides in abundance more than we asked for.

Jesus has a habit of always saving the best for last. Just when we think we have Jesus figured out, he goes and does something even more amazing and we are again astounded.  Who is this man?  He is none other than the Lord God Almighty who is in the business of pulling out miracles even in the most dire of situations often at the last minute.  So do not despair!  When Jesus is around, things cannot help but get better.  Whatever your situation and no matter how bad it looks, Jesus is on the job.
